Pro Video Marketing Tips #4

This is week 4 of the Pro Video Marketers Newsletter.

I included a social media marketing survey just for fun. See how you rank among other professional video marketers. Also, you need to pay close attention to the last post about the future direction Facebook. The Bad News, no more automated content to our personal timelines. The Good News, FB is going make it easier for businesses to start producing episodic content — the type of stuff your audience will actively seek out if they get into a routine of knowing when it’s published (ie. video podcasting on FB and weekly live training shows).

This week, most of my favorite posts included lists. And the debate is over on which size video works better on social media (Square vs. Landscape).

I found a great article I published a few months back that answers several questions I had this week. Why won’t Google rank my video on certain keywords? This post will help you understand how to do your research ahead of time to get the best ranking results.

And my training tip this week is from Content Samurai. It was so good that I had to embed their video in my own blog posts. You’ve got to watch this short video to see their 5 ways to go viral.

And finally, here is one last chance to watch the webinar, that I consider one of the most important software developments to come along in the last couple of years for ranking videos at the top of YouTube and on page 1 of Google. If you don’t use this strategic ranking software, your competitors will.

Watch this webinar replay before the bonus credits and discount end on Friday at Midnight.

Recommendation of the Week

This by far is one of the easiest and best ways to get your videos ranked on page 1 of Google and at the top of the YouTube searches for your selected keywords. Plus, the product developer is Michael Bowes, one of the top video rankers in the country. When he showed it to me for the first time, I was hooked.

I even went out and set up a 2nd computer at the house to earn extra credits to apply to my own videos. Check it out here.
